How It Works

Weekly Private Sessions

Each session is live, one-on-one, and structured. We focus on what’s true, what’s next, and what’s required—then we build the plan and the follow-through to match.

Simple Daily Practice

5–15 minutes per day (required). This is how we build stability and repeatable results instead of emotional swings and “starting over.”

Recorded + Organized

Every session is recorded and posted in your member dashboard so you can revisit the work and build your system.

Requirements

Complete the onboarding intake form

Attend a 30-minute initial interview prior to coaching

Commit to completing the daily practice (this is the non-negotiable that creates results)

No. This is coaching. It’s structured, responsibility-based, and action-oriented.

Do I need to be in a crisis for this to help?
