Mental Game Clinic for Rodeo Athletes
The Mental Game Clinic for Rodeo Athletes is a live, in-person training designed to help athletes build a mental system they can rely on when pressure is high and performance matters.
This clinic breaks down how results are actually created—through thoughts, beliefs, emotion, and action—and teaches athletes how to recognize what’s happening internally, correct quickly, and execute with consistency. Rather than relying on motivation or “feeling right,” athletes learn a structured approach they can apply before the nod, between runs, and across an entire season.
You’ll be introduced to the Mental Master framework, including how the conscious and subconscious mind work together, how beliefs and emotions drive behavior, and how action produces results. We’ll cover the performance formula—Thoughts + Belief × Action = Results—and show how to use it in real competitive situations.
The clinic also teaches the Four R’s correction process: Recognize, Release, Replace, and Repeat. This gives athletes a practical way to handle mistakes, doubt, frustration, and pressure without spiraling or carrying it into the next run.
Additional focus areas include:
-
the positive and negative sides of thinking and how each affects performance
-
visualization and affirmations used as mental programming tools, not hype
-
growth through discipline, responsibility, and consistent application
This clinic is designed for rodeo athletes who want their mental game to match their ability and hold up when it counts.
No horses are needed.
