Cohort size: 15-20 athletes


WHAT YOU’RE ENROLLING IN

8 live group coaching sessions in a condensed schedule
• Live access through your member dashboard
Session recordings posted after each session
• Weekly reflection prompts and action steps (5–15 minutes/day)
• Coaching tools and frameworks including:

  • (t + b) a = R operating system

  • Mental Master (conscious → subconscious → body → results)

  • Higher mental faculties: imagination, intuition, will, reason, memory, perception

  • Foundational principles:

REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE ENROLLING)

Foundations Course completion is required BEFORE the Intensive begins
• Complete the Group Coaching Intake Assessment before or after checkout
• Daily practice is 5–15 minutes and required for results
• If you miss a live session, you’re responsible to watch the recording and stay current
• Completion of one coaching option is required before Mentorship or Immersion
